WHOLESALE TERMS AND GUIDELINES
1) Opening orders must be $1000.00 not including freight.
All orders after that are a no minimum.
2) Please note we observe a strict pricing policy.
Because our items are extremely limited in production and we
want them to retain their marketplace value, You may only
lower the
retail price 10% for the first 8 months of an items
release.
If this policy is violated we may cancel you orders.
3) Because of the limited nature of most items we recommend
you place
all pre-orders ASAP.
4) We require a copy of your Sales Certificate/Tax Id Number
before any
items are shipped.
5) All wholesale orders are final, Anything purchased
from our wholesale
section is not returnable, exchangeable or available for any
type of
credit. In the case of damage or loss your
shipments are fully insured
for your protection.
6) Amok Time Inc. reserves the right to change, alter or
cancel any order
or account that does not follow these rules.
7) All orders are first come first served. No credit
card is charged until an
item is ready to ship.
