All are new in sealed packages.
These have a slight amount of fuzz on the figures belts and knee pads.
This happens to this type of plastic when they are kept in basements or other high moisture areas.
The fuzz does come off with a washing if you open them.
However if you plan to keep them closed please look at the close up pictures before purchasing.
